Lowest Possible Prices, Guaranteed
We will match any nationally advertised price on an identical item within 30 days of receiving your invoice. All you have to do is fax or mail us a copy of the offer and we will refund the difference. Advertising errors, closeouts, and liquidations are not eligible. We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing mistakes.
New Accounts and Credit Policies
Our terms are Net 30 Days for schools, head starts, governmental agencies, and businesses with previously approved credit. An official purchase order signed by an authorized person must accompany your order. To establish credit please contact:

You may also download a credit application. Individuals may order using a check, money order, or credit card.
We accept checks, money orders, VISA, or MasterCard. If using a credit card, please provide the card number, expiration date, and the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on the credit card. We are pleased to accept authorized Purchase Orders from schools, head starts, governmental agencies, and businesses with previously approved credit.
Tax Exempt Institutions
Tax exempt institutions must supply a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate prior to ordering. Subsequent orders should include your Tax Exempt Number listed on the certificate.
Please call 1-800-499-3040 for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of original shipment. Returns on electronic items, such as calculators and printers, are only accepted within 20 days. All returned items must be in original packaging and in good condition to qualify for credit.
Draphix will handle all claims for lost or damaged goods. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all cartons at time of delivery and note any exposed damage on the freight bill. Please do not refuse the shipment. Always accept the shipment from the carrier, then notify Draphix immediately by calling 1-800-499-3040. Please save all packaging materials and cartons for inspection. A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible.
All orders will incur a freight charge except those items marked as having free delivery. Draphix uses United Parcel Service and motor freight companies for oversized shipments. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Charges for orders shipped by UPS are based on weight and zone. Orders are shipped ground delivery. UPS does offer expedited delivery. Please call for pricing. Charges for motor freight are based on a 23% minimum $79.00 charges for drop-shipped; UPS items incur a 15% shipping charge, minimum $5.00 of the item's price for dock-to-dock delivery. Additional charges for motor freight deliveries may be required. The most common additional charges are:
